Service Terms and Conditions

We aim to make your event planning as less painful as possible. Here are a few important notes that we’d like to you know when using our service:

Travel cost

All prices quoted are inclusive of travel cost within the Auckland Region unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation email. Additional travel charges apply outside the Auckland Region.

Securing your booking

We require a deposit of $100 to secure the time slot you have requested.

Postponing or cancelling your party

Should you wish to postpone or cancel your party date for any reason, we do require 7 days notice ahead of the day to avoid full payment. Booking fees are non-refundable in the case of cancellation or rescheduling however we will allow you to use the booking fee towards another party held within 12 months.

Illusions specific requirements

There are a few illusions with specific environment requirements, we’ll inform you of the requirements upon your booking request.

Cancellation by Jimmy Marvel due to unforeseen causes

In case of cancellation by Jimmy due to unforeseen causes outside of our control we will do our best to provide a replacement magician/entertainer or to refer an alternative magician/entertainer. A full refund will be made if a replacement is not found.
