Things you need to know

Clear terms make event planning easier.

A readable overview of payment, cancellation, travel, venue and performance responsibilities.

01

Payment and confirmation

Full payment secures the booking. Times are allocated on a first-paid basis, so a date is not confirmed until payment has been received. Exceptions may be considered individually.

02

Late or overdue payment

A $50 administration fee may apply to late payment or invoice corrections. Accounts more than 30 days overdue may be referred for collection with associated fees, interest and legal costs.

03

Cancellation

Cancelling 30 days or more before the event incurs a $100 fee. Cancellation inside 30 days requires full payment.

04

Travel and location

Travel pricing relies on the region selected during booking. If the actual venue lies outside that region, the booking will be corrected to include the appropriate travel charge.

05

Venue and weather

The client supplies a suitable venue. Outdoor entertainment must have a dry, shaded performance area of at least four square metres with protection on three sides.

06

Timing and parking

Jimmy aims to start on time. Delays caused by guest arrival, access or parking may shorten the show. Convenient parking—and any paid parking charge—is the client’s responsibility.

07

Unexpected cancellation by Jimmy

If circumstances outside Jimmy’s control prevent the performance, every reasonable effort will be made to arrange or recommend a replacement. A full refund applies when no replacement is found.

08

Ask before booking

If the venue, weather plan, audience needs or travel area is unusual, contact Jimmy before submitting a booking so the right arrangement can be confirmed.
